Mrs. Montana International

I had my interview for Mrs. Montana International yesterday! It was very exciting, and lasted an hour and 8 minutes. I will know on January 15, 2011 if I am the winner of the crown! I was able to compete for Montana's title, because my husband Cody owns land there and is a Native American (tribal member of the Flathead Indian Reservation in Montana).

This pageant is at large, and there is no on-stage pageant for this title. This was perfect for me as I have been in harsh detox mode in September, and a more mild detox since. I'll be focused on my healing in January traveling to NC to receive my healing once and for all, and last but not least, busy with multiple court dates seeking protection for my children that will be over in February 2011. This pageant couldn't have been catered to my needs any better :)Regardless of what I am going through in my life, I am passionate about my mission, and my story. I will never lose my desire to make ripple effects in this world as I reach out to others to share my message of wholeness.

My platform is a simple statement: Boosting B.R.A.I.N. Activity! However it is packed with so much enlightening awareness that I have to shout out to the world my message of true happiness, healing, and wholeness.

The International Pageant will be in Chicago in July 2011! It will last an entire week, and I envision myself there competing against other State title holders, as well as title holders from other countries! I'm very excited to arrive healthy, happy, and ready to rub elbows with this high class group of women that will be my fellow contestants!

I feel that this recent healing journey is just another chapter in a really great book that I'm going to write (hopefully some day soon). I only see myself in complete recovery with a strong and healthy body! Despite pain that comes and goes, I know the end result will be healing for me!

December 2010 update on my healing process:

I have found that as long as I stay on my rigorous routine that is stated on my website www.kimberlygingras.com I can function day to day normally. Pain comes and goes, and I feel that I am maintaining. I booked my flight to NC for January. I am expecting a miracle that I will have enough money to get everything done by the date I chose. It's either sink or swim at this point. My diet is more vegetarian than anything else now. When I cheat, I get sick, or I feel pain. It's a conditional response my body screams at me when I put the wrong things in it. I am no longer experiencing a harsh detox, but I still feel a lot of toxicity in certain areas of my body. I have learned through this experience to surrender, be completely open, and to allow what comes into my life one day at a time. I've always been a tough girl ;o) I know I will heal completely, and that I will overcome this trial. It isn't up to me to know HOW to make it all happen, just to trust and follow my Savior Jesus Christ as I feel guided by his spirit, and receive healing through him.
